Green Bottle Liquor Co. is a new chapter for us — a distillery, full bar, and community gathering spot built alongside High Street Market & Deli.
A Space for Everyone
Together, we’ve created something that feels true to what High Street has always been about: good food, good people, and a place where everyone feels welcome. High Street runs the food, and Green Bottle runs the beverage program — all under one roof.
At the heart of it is Common Bar — our take on what a neighborhood bar should be. A place built for the community, where friends can meet up, families can hang out, and everyone feels comfortable showing up as they are. We designed the space with that in mind: room for kids to play, space for parents to kick back, and an easygoing vibe that makes you want to stay awhile.
More Than Just a Bar
We’ll be distilling our own spirits, building a thoughtful cocktail program, and putting just as much care into our no-spirit offerings as we do everything else — so there’s something here for everyone.
